Ocean wandered through the snow covered mountains, her long podiums raising her body high enough so it does not soak her underside.Dents where left in the snow as she headed to the gave carved into the mountain where she would gather her pack members along with her mate.

The air was dry against the damp nose and the few drops of snow that rested on her back where only the first of a storm she knew was brewing.Her new pack members better get here fast other wise they would be caught in the storm.The fae shook her pelt removing the light snow before it sank into her pelt and onto her skin.

Moving into a run the femmie reached the deep ,well lit cave that was now the pack home.Outside was a large area that reached into another cave which lead to the other side of the mountain and towards the packs border lands.The bridge was slippery in the winter and the longer route was often taken during this time.

Heading into the cave Ocean, placed her rump down, took a deep breath and releasing a long howl that would surely call all her pack members.Once her howl faded out she rested her frame on the cool rock and patiently waited.

Eternity felt the cold powdery snow
beneath his black paw pads. His ears
swerved listening to the wind and his
surroundings as he lowered his head to
sniff the powder like substance,
the scent of a hare entered his
nostrils and into his lungs. He exhaled
as a white cloud exited his black nostrils,
quickly his head shot up and his ears
swerved trying to catch the direction
of his mate's howl. He relaxed as he
realized the howl was simply a call
requesting the members of their
pack to come. The brute's head
raised as his jaws parted and a song
flowed from his lungs and out his jaws.
He caught the signs of the sky
when he had stopped his song
and the sky was clear light blue
threw-ought the sky. He shook
his head and returned to his
normal alpha like position and
all of a sudden when he resumed
his steady walking a burst of
speed from him sent the snow
in his way flying. His optics of
ice blue spotted the hare and he
was after it, quickly he caught
up with the little vermin but it
noticed and hoped quickly to
the left just out of his reach,
determined he followed after
the hare with a steady pace.
Then when he was close enough
his jaws lunged forward followed
by his massive body that barely
missed the hare, quickly he turned
and lunched himself again.
This time his jaws held a squirming prize,
he closed his jaws tightly until the
squirming stopped then he walked toward
the cave. He was already close but the
chase of the hare had gotten him already
close, he climbed the steep surface and
then entered the cave to see his mate
Ocean laying down. He smiled and walked
up to her before dropping his prize at her
paws before sitting down just behind
the rabbit.
