Water, Fire And Air[Private][Eternity And Pups]

Ocean awoke to surprise.A lot of the snow had melted and the river that sat at the bottom of the valley had swollen dramatically.The blanket of snow had partially melted away leaving a sea of green and some patches of white still around.Damp air surrounded her body as she listened to the sound of nature slowly awakening.

Turning her cranium the heavily pregnant fae looked over to her sleeping mate and smiled.Stretching out Ocean felt slight stomach pain but it was something that happened more often lately and she ignored it.However as the fae got to her feet pain shot through her stomach and she collapsed to the floor with an ear piercing yelp.She looked to her mate and she could feel her pups moving inside her, hoping the grey male next to her would wake up.

Eternity's eyes shot open when the sound of a yelp pierced his ears. He got to his paws quickly
and saw his mate on the ground. The pups! His heart began to beat quickly, he didn't know
what to do, he wasn't a Kōkua. His ears laid flat against his head in panic, what was he to do? "Hold on, just breath and calm down. I'll be back!" The words shot our of his jaw quickly before he
shot out of the cave and down toward the water below. The ground was soggy and made sounds when he
stepped on the grass and mud. Quickly he saw some moss soaked in water, quickly he got a mouth
full and ran back towards the cave, he set the moss down beside his mate. "Drink, you need your
strength." He told her before licking her head  and sitting down beside her. After the pups get
here he decided he would go hunt for her.

The pain was almost unbearable now.Her lower stomach had clenched up,urging her to push but she wanted to wait for her mate to return before she gave birth to them.As Ocean watched her mate return she noticed him carrying moss which she knew would contain water she could drink, but drinking it during the birth would be pointless.She would be much more thirsty after giving birth.So as her mate sat down next to her and gently licked her on the head, Ocean slowly began giving birth to her first pup(Seabreeze).It did not take long but there was a lot yelps, barks and pain especially for her next to pups(Infinity and Faith)

After finally giving birth to her last pup Ocean smiled and rested her head down on the soft mosses that she had recently brought into the den.She smiled and curled her pups around to her stomach, weakly raising her head and cleaning each pup individually.After cleaning them she allowed them so suckle while she turned to her mate and just smiled with content but with a very tiered look in her eyes."Could we call the male infinity and the youngest faith, I don't know what to call the oldest though She said the grey male that sat next to her.

Eternity watched as he saw and heard the cave begin to echo the sounds of his new pups. A surge of pride swelled inside of him, it was his job to protect his mate and pups at this stage and feed them. His tail began to wag slightly hearing the names that she had given to the last two pups. The first born was a dark grey and white, his grey would soon darken with age and turn black. It was hard to tell if he had any markings so he looked toward his mate and smiled. Something to do with the Ocean....hmm Sea....Ah! "Sea Breeze." His voice finished his thought as he turned toward the second born. Infinity...sounds like Eternity. He looks a little like me. "I like it." He replied to Ocean in a kind tone before looking at his last born, a female. He smiled seeing that she too had white fur and blue markings just like her mother. He nodded in agreement, the names where good and he couldn't wait until they got older. "Are you hungry?" He asked his mate, he could feel hunger creeping at his belly but he wouldn't eat until his mate had eaten.

A white marked female pup wiggled closer to her mother, the strong scent of milk entering her only source of sense. It took some effort to use her worthless chubby legs at this age but once she grew they would become more stronger. Little Faith nudged her smaller body between her bigger brothers, moving into the best part where it was warm and a buffet for herself. Finishing her fill did she curl up not far off from her mother.

The little light and dark gray wolf pup wiggled beside his sibling, Faith and his mother. He whined and howled as he crawled his way around bumping his little black nose into his mothers side as he looked for a place to suckle. The little male known as Infinity whimpered continuously until his tiny nose found what he was looking for. He latched onto his mother and suckled, causing his whimpers to be drowned out thanks to the warm milk that flowed into his mouth and down his throat.

Eternity watched the tiny pups and smiled he couldn't wait to they grew larger and stronger. Only now did he think of what they where mixed with. Would they gain a element, power, or specialty? Or perhaps a element with complete control of it? Eternity rarely used his powers but when he did it was mostly in hunting never really in a fight as he could do permanent damage to his challenger His ears where still perked as he listened to his mate, wondering if she was hungry or not. Maybe she was just taken by how beautiful their pups where to reply.

"Sea Breeze, I love it" Ocean said, pulling her pups closer and nuzzling them making sure they where rapped up in her tail.She knew they would be warm within her tail and against her body, away from the cold air that was slowly warming uo."And something to eat right now would be really good, thank you" She said to her mate with a smile.Carefully she once again cleaned her pups allowing them to feed when they wanted to.Looking back at her mate before he left, giving him a warm smile and reaching up to lick his cheek.

The puppy named Faith whimpered slightly as her brother moved into her. She let a loud yawn, her tongue curled as she did so before snuggling closer into her mothers abdomen and tail. She didn't sleep long when the tiny rumbles of her stomach told her to eat once more. Shifting away she sniffed out for the smell of milk. Faith bumped her nose into her brother, Seabreeze before finding a place to suckle. She latched her mouth on and pushed her tiny forepaws into her mother to help the milk flow easier into her mouth.

Eternity smiled having named his son. He watched as Ocean moved to warm the pups more. They seemed a little bigger perhaps because they were dry and fluffy. He stood onto his paws "I'll go get us a hare then." He smiled before slowly walking out of the den and into the valley. His nostrils flared as he scented for a hare, it would be easier for him to simply use his power to help him in the hunt. He followed the scent, it was of a mother and her litter. He followed the scent to a hole. He began to dig into the hole after a while of digging he spotted the mother. A large cottontail rabbit, he quickly snapped his jaws around the rabbit and held his grip until it stopped moving. Then he pulled her out to see 10 babies. They were of medium size and they stood still, it was useless of them to do so but they had no defences. He quickly ate five of the ten, then the rest of them he held softly in his mouth then picked the mother up by the scruff. He then padded into the cave and dropped the cottontail along with her babies.

Eternity smiled seeing his son drift off to sleep, he resembled himself a lot. With a wag of his tail he settled down beside Ocean's back and drifted off to sleep. He was tired and wanted to wake up early the next day.

When her mate returned, Ocean was happy to see food in his mouth. As they where dropped near her mouth, Ocean quickly tucked into the five, small rabbits and ate part of the adult rabbit. She knew saving the food would mean less work for her mate as he would have to hunt less. So as her pups rested against her side, and her fluffy tale wrapped around them, Ocean smiled, resting her head down and yawning. She felt the heat of her mate as he rested down next to her, and eventually Ocean fell asleep, her head next to her mates.
